Cancellation & Refund Policy

Naturally Dating hopes everyone who registers for a speed dating event will be able to attend; however, we knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Naturally Dating Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

• Registrants cancelling 48 hours before the event will be provided a full refund
• Registrants cancelling on the day or up to 48 hours before will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. We will however provide you with a credit to attend another event within 30 days
• In the event Naturally Dating must cancel the speed dating event due to unforeseen circumstances, Naturally Dating will refund the full cost of the event. However, Naturally Dating does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Naturally Dating from continuing with an event. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and host absence.
